The name comes from a fond memory of my grandfathers favorite dish - microwave Ramen Noodles. He would always place his chopsticks across the rim of the bowl as he worked while eating lunch. This symbolized the perfect balance between artistry and a real hurry to get things done, which I strive to achieve in all of my projects.
